Pricing
There are a few things to keep in mind when considering a custom portrait.
First, when the portrait is made too small or there are several subjects in the portrait, the integrity can be compromised. All of the pieces are hand crafted no lasers are used. Intricate detail is completed using a magnifier.
Second, Human skin requires a smooth surface and the best wood for this is basswood. There are limitations in the sizes of basswood that I can acquire Thus a multiple subject portrait may require modification and a larger piece such as birch wood.
Third, portraits are completed from a photo that you would provide. The integrity of the photo should be good so that I can see the small details.
The smaller the image the less detail can be incorporated. Images should be free from shadows and sun bleaching.
Lastly, if you are asking for pricing on custom orders, it is best if you can provide an example of what you are wanting to have done. In this way, I can better understand your request and provide a more accurate price and timeline.

$60 for medium custom keepsake box (6"w x 8"l x 2.5"h maximum 2 subjects)
$75.00 for a large custom keepsake box (5" w x 9"l x 3"h (maximum 3 subjects)
$60.00 for culinary boards
$150.00 small treasure trunk (11.5"l x 8"w x 7.5"h)
$190.00 large treasure trunk (14"l x 9"w x 10"h)
$120.00 on 8" x 11" custom live edge basswood portraits (maximum two subjects)
$250.00 for custom 10" x 23" live edge basswood portraits
$250.00 on 12" x 16" live edge basswood portraits (maximum four subjects)
$400.00 for custom triptych 3 pieces of 12" x 16" birch wood
$180.00 for custom 12" x 16" birch wood
$450.00 for custom 16" x 24" birch wood
$950.00 for custom 24" x 48" birch wood
$450.00 Guitar (art work only)
A 50% down payment is required for commission pieces before work begins. Deposits are nonrefundable once the work has commenced. Payment can be made via PayPal, e-transfer or Contact me to make other arrangements.

This is time intensive art, the time of completion will vary depending on my current work load and the complexity of the piece.

If a customer fails to pickup or pay for their order Burning Heart Treasures will assume ownership of the piece and is free to do with it as necessary including selling it to other parties and using it for advertising purposes.
